  I've been coming here for the last 5 years - mostly the Walkers line location. The Dentists are great, well qualified and they really take care of you. Over time though, I have seen their service deteriorate. As nice as everyone is, I have now dealt with three different dentists. In other words, not a lot of stability. It is obvious that business is good given that it is getting harder and harder to get an appointment. Usually, they take me in right away, but in my last visit - I waited half an hour after my scheduled time to be directed to one of their many rooms. I left upset, told them I was upset and it has now been three days and it doesn't seem they care to make things right. It was actually the dental assistant that suggested I "reschedule my appointment," when I shared that I had other appointments to make that day. She seemed quite overwhelmed with the overbooking of appointments, running from room to room. Didn't even say hello when she walked in. Not sure ill keep going.

  Absolutely the best dentist experience ever. Coming from an old dentist, this place was state of the art. I'm glad I popped in that day just to check them out. Staff are super friendly, and made me feel like I had been going to them for a long time. I wish I had of found them a lot sooner. The dentist are very nice and pleasant . I no longer look at going to the dentist as an inconvenient chore. They are taking good care of me and always take the time to explain and answer your questions in terms you understand. Hygienist really knows her stuff, how to do a cleaning without pinching your lip between her hand and you teeth and is always ensuring your doing ok during a cleaning. I'm so glad I found these guys. If your unhappy with your current dentist, this is where you need to be, I promise!
