- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They have no sense of urgency nor do they care. This place is horrendous. Not to mention that the secretary working at the front is condensending, rude and very short while making opinions as though she's a doctor herself. I had instructions specifically from the hospital and she said they don't "normally do that" - if you're not a doctor, don't give opinions or medical advice, just make the Damn appointment.
