  I made the mistake of purchasing $200 of Home Depot gift cards for a friend at this location and 4 days after purchasing them I received an embarrassing phone call from my friend telling me that the cards did not work. After going back and fourth from HD to Shoppers (and wasting hours of my time) I finally gave my friend the cash equivalent and apologized for the inconvenience. Only after contacting head office did they offer me $200 in Shoppers Drug mart gift cards.......talk about a slap in the face. If I wanted your gift cards I would have bought your gift cards. After the cards are spent I will not be stepping into another Shopper again..........I hope Loblaws cleans house because you really need a lesson in customer service.

  Im totally disgusted with the herrendous treatment i recieved at this location in the pharmacy department. First ive been treated like a low class citizen for medications i take. They staff is very judgemental, unprofessional and even abusive. While dealing with Saba Al-Azzawi i was humiliated when she made all the customers around us hear what medication i was taking no discretion at all. So when i came the next day i confronted her about how rude and unprossional it was, we then got into a heated discussion about it, she was rolling her eyes and totally ignoring me. She then said i would have to wait 30min, which ok its a usual thing for this location as they are unorganized and very slow. So i proceeded to wait all the while we were going back and forth with eachother. She then charged at me and slapped my phone out of my hsnd as she thought i was recording. I was so taken aback by this i could not believe it. I then came in the next day to talk with David Pinkus the owner of this location. He totally disregarded my complaint told me i was very rude and that none of it happened. All he hss to do is check the cameras and it will show the whole interaction, he then said i hsd to find a different pharmacy which i intede to anyway. Im so disgusted, never in my like have i been treated this was, discriminated against for the medicine i take. Unacceptable customer service.

  I have to give 5 stars. I was at shoppers today ..the service was great , the staff were very helpful ..they even made phone calls on my behalf..thank you again. I will be back to your store. The only thing is ....the staff should be trained more in all their products.
