  Not impressed. I've been a patient/customer of the Burlington location since the latter half of last year. I was required to make a followup appointment with the doctor for my yearly prescription. I went to the store in late February and made the appointment in person, for early March. On the day of my appointment I called to confirm as I had not received any notifications up to that point. It was then I discovered that my appointment was somehow given to another patient with the same last name(?!!) The customer service rep apologizing profusely, wasn't able to reschedule me (not the other patient) until the end of the month. When I did show up for the rescheduled time, the same rep started conversing with me, thinking that I was another customer! Nevermind, that I was now over two weeks without a prescription, the rep couldn't even get my identity straight. I wasn't offered any compensation, or at the very least a face to face apology as, I don't think they even remembered the original screwup. If the goal is to provide a RELIABLE pharmaceutical avenue for cannibis patients then, it has fallen short. For me anyways.
