- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My 3 year old son was taken to this hospital with an open head wound. My wife sat in emergency for 5 hours without any feedback on my sons injury or an idea of treatment or extent of injury. When she finally had enough waiting and asked for an idea of what was happening, she was told they should go home and that "kids are pretty resilient" and "maybe you should go to Hamilton hospital". You should all be ashamed of yourselves if you work here for this level of ineptness and complete lack of empathy or understanding for the people you should be caring for.by John MoscarellaMarch 26, 2017
