  I appreciate Dr. Jaffery's kind, calm, and patient demeanour. He always takes the time to listen to my questions and explain the answers, never rushes me, and is very gentle with my dog. I actually hadn't seen him for some time and called today to ask a question; he answered the phone - and he knew exactly who I was! I had barely begun to introduce myself when he asked how I was doing and how Wilbur (my dog) is these days. Amazing that he knew me and my dog right away! I feel like Dr. Jaffery cares about his patients and takes the time to get to know and remember them. My dog was a surrender and when we adopted him he had some issues that had to be dealt with - severe infections in both ears, had to be neutered, and he currently requires regular ear-cleaning maintenance. Dr. Jaffery taught me how to properly clean Wilbur's ears so that I can do it at home, and his staff (particularly Christine) were always willing to help me over the phone if I had any questions. I never felt pressured to submit my dog to a procedure or to buy a product. Dr. Jaffery is not pushy at all! He is great at outlining your options, telling you what he thinks is the best course of action, and then letting you choose what to do. Wilbur is my first dog ever, and I appreciate all of the support Dr. Jaffery's team provided me in the first weeks of having him. Thankfully Wilbur is healthy and happy now - he has been a part of my family for 2 years so far! I take him to Dr. Jaffery whenever he needs his shots, and will continue doing so, as well as for any other medical issue that may arise. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jaffery and his team.
