  Poor customer service. I mistakenly gave this location my policy. Now I'm stuck for a year. After my first agent took my policy, I can't get him to return my calls or email. I needed to add a 2nd vehicle. I called and left messages almost every day for a week. Then gave up. Then I called the main line. I talked to another agent. She did return my call many hours later to setup the 2nd vehicle. Today I needed to add a 3rd vehicle. I've called and left messages and now I can't her to return messages either. Something wrong at this place. I set up my 3rd vehicle through a different location. They were quick & fast. I wish I had never set my policy up at this Burlington location. Do yourself a favour and deal elsewhere.

  Have been with Allstate 40+ years; the last year has been exhausting and exasperating. Customer service agents/reps do not answer calls; their voice mail is full so you can't leave a message. Emails - same thing. When trying to shift insurance from one property to another the agent took so long to get back to me they actually CANCELLED my insurance because the information hadn't been sent to the underwriters (HER fault, not mine). When I complained to the manager (in person - I finally gave up trying to reach anyone by phone), he gave me nothing but excuses; service didn't improve. I finally decided to shop around and discovered not only better prices (and service) but that my property had been significantly under insured for YEARS. Disappointing but (apparently) epidemic with Allstate. I will be moving my business elsewhere as soon as it comes due.
