- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For the past four years we always try to make our cat's and dog's appointments with Dr Joanne Cheng. She's fantastic. Her demeanor is so caring and she does remember her patients. She thoroughly explains procedure and treatment options, without bias, and patiently asks "if we have any further questions" to ensure that we understand what has been discussed.
