- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is now Birch Tree Family Medicine as Dr. Durcan has retired. The receptionist here leaves the phone on DND all day. It's next to impossible to get through to make an apt. I've tried to make an apt on 2 occasions and both times I've had to try calling multiple days in a row to finally get someone on the phone. Also their message machine says "Messages will not be returned". So that goes to show you how important their patients are. The doctors however are wonderful. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When durcan was here it was a great office, now that It has been taken over it is almost impossible to get it and see a doctor without waiting for 3 weeks and I can never get ahold of anyone there. I recently called for an appointment for a hormone imbalance but I was told this was not a serious concern so I was put on the least priority but isn't this where people wind up hurting themselves or worse?
