My emails and phone calls were always answered immediately and I was provided with a great deal on my insurance. They spent their time with me answering all of my questions, even after hours, and they continue to follow up with me to make sure all is well....I never felt being pressured into anything. His team is friendly and extremely professional.   What a breath of fresh air! Absolutely the best service in the business and saved hundreds of dollars moving to State Farm after leaving my broker after over 30 years. If you stop by Vince's office the first thing you notice is that all the staff stop what they are doing and come greet you personally. Its nice to see that there are real people behind the phones and the consistency of the professionalism and knowledge. Every last detail is thought through including followup calls to ensure my satisfaction (and hand-written Christmas cards from the staff - been years since I got one of those!). I'll be honest I switched because of the cost, but I'm staying because of the service and piece of mind.
